David built One Point Construction from the ground up, bringing together years of hands-on experience in estimating, project management, operations, and relationship building. What started as a vision for something of his own has grown into a company trusted to take on projects both close to home and hundreds of miles away.

Even as One Point has grown, David has stayed close to the work. He still bids projects, builds relationships with general contractors, and keeps a pulse on what's happening across the company. To him, the strongest businesses aren't built on one successful job — they're built on doing what you say you're going to do and how you respond when things don't go perfectly.

Outside of One Point, David has spent nearly a decade coaching travel softball with the Beverly Bandits and helping young athletes pursue opportunities at the next level. He's a dad, a first-time grandpa, and someone who puts family at the center of everything he builds. Watching his daughter Addisyn begin her Division I softball career at Louisville has been one of his proudest chapters yet.

Michael “Mikey” B. Ferguson

Michael has been around construction for nearly his entire life. He first started learning the trade at six years old alongside his stepfather, a Master Carpenter, and what began as childhood exposure eventually became a lifelong career built through apprenticeship training, field experience, and years of learning how to get the job done right.

At One Point, Michael is one of the people keeping the work moving in the field. He oversees crews and day-to-day operations, manages projects, and brings specialized experience in cabinet installation and railings. One of the accomplishments he's most proud of is independently managing and completing multiple projects in Florida.

But One Point means more to Michael than the work itself. Getting to help build the company alongside his brother and best friend has made the experience personal from the beginning.

Outside of work, Michael is a devoted dad to Kayden, Jordan, and Izzy and has been with his significant other for 18 years. He enjoys fishing, hunting, looking for shark teeth, spending time at the beach, reading, and cheering on the Colts, Pacers, and Cubs. Marco Island is one of his favorite places to get away.

Carl's been in construction since he was 13, learning the trade alongside his dad — painting, staining, and prepping — before working his way up to running full-scale jobsites. Today he manages nearly every moving piece of a project: crew scheduling, materials, subcontractors, warranty service, and keeping GCs and customers in the loop from start to finish.

When he's not on a jobsite, Carl's usually building something of his own — RC cars, minibikes, engines — or manning the grill for his fiancée, two daughters, and three dogs. Buying his first home is still one of the moments he's most proud of.

Brittany leads digital strategy, branding, and marketing for One Point through Elevation Axis. She works closely with David to take the vision for the company and turn it into a clear, cohesive brand — from the website and content to the strategy and systems supporting its next stage of growth.

Her role is ultimately about making sure the outside of One Point matches what has already been built on the inside: a company with real experience, strong relationships, high standards, and a team that cares about the work.

For Brittany, that work is especially personal. David and Mikey were two of her very first friends and more like older brothers growing up. Getting to bring the company she built and the skills she developed back into something they built makes her role with One Point feel incredibly full-circle.

Outside of work, Brittany is a mom of three and enjoys traveling, concerts, sporting events, reading, and spending time near the ocean. She never planned on becoming a business owner. Following her curiosity through strategy, creativity, technology, and problem-solving eventually led her there — and became Elevation Axis.
